AB100,392,13 20.370 (4) (mu) General program operations — state funds. The amounts in the schedule for general program operations that relate to the management and protection of the state's fishery resources under ss. 23.09 to 23.11, 30.203 and 30.277 and ch. 29.

AB100,392,18 20.370 (4) (my) General program operations — environmental fund; federal funds. From the environmental fund, all moneys received as federal aid for the state's water resources, as authorized by the governor under s. 16.54, for the purposes for which received.

Biennially, the amounts in the schedule for cost-sharing grants and assistance under the nonpoint source water pollution abatement program under s. 281.65 and for transfers to the appropriation account under s. 20.115 (7) (km) as provided in s. 281.65 (4) (t). The department shall allocate $300,000 in each fiscal year from this appropriation for grants under s. 281.65 (8) (cm).

All moneys received as repayments of cash surpluses and cash advances from recipients of grants under the nonpoint source water pollution abatement program under s. 281.65, for grants and assistance under the nonpoint source water pollution abatement program under s. 281.65.
